"Bowflex puts Nordic Track out of Business". This Company went into Bankruptcy in 1999. The CML Group was the maker of Nordic Track Fitness Equipment and also owned the makers of other fine products. The certificate was issued on FEB 26, 1999 and signed by Charles M. Leighton, the Chairman of the Board, whose initials were the basis for the name of the Company. The image of a young robed Lady adorns the top of the Certificate. This certificate would make a GREAT Conversation piece.
CML Group, Inc., through its NordicTrack, Inc. operations, designed, manufactured, and sold physical fitness and exercise equipment and other heathrelated products under the trade names "NordicTrack" and "Nordic Advantage." The Company also sold gardening tools, work wear, outdoor furniture, plants, and accessories under the trade name "Smith & Hawken."
